Chen serves as the Programming Producer of Tony Awards China, partnering with the Broadway League for international broadcasting and program representation in the Greater China region. She co-hosted the Chinese ceremony events for the 76th and 77th Annual Tony Awards, playing a crucial role in showcasing Chinese theater actors globally and fostering cultural exchanges between China and America.
New York Nomad Theater
Chen co-founded New York Nomad Theater in 2023, a community theatre organization in New York that engages bilingual audiences and promotes Chinese language theater. Since its inception, Nomad has offered over 20 theater workshops and staged 10 public performances, reaching an audience of more than 2,000 people.
